Before each project has begun, a 50% payment will be collected.  Once a payment has been made, the process begins with a detailed questionnaire and a phone conference if necessary.  The designer will then supply you with samples within an average of 1-10 business days, depending on the project.  If your project is time-sensitive, just let us know, as we can make you a priority.

A rush fee may be applied if you need the project completed immediately. Again, you will be made aware of this fee before any work has begun.
